The Bulbasaur Race [Part 2]

Fair enough. But I'm still saving Exeggutor.

When I used to play Random Battles on the server, Exeggutor was pretty handy with Harvest and a Sitrus Berry if you played him right, so wynaut?

Let's just get this over with. On to Cubone soon (I hope)!

Some people misspell Exeggutor as Exeggcutor. Other common misspellings include Venasaur, Ninetails, and Gyrados.

Those indeed. I remember myself spelling Gyarados as Garydos for a really long time.

Speaking of the TCG, how do you guys think of it? I haven't played it since I was a kid, so the only card game that I'm knowledgeable about is Yu-Gi-Oh.

I heard that the Pokémon TCG suffers from a major case of powercreep, but I haven't heard any complaints beyond that. It looks like a really interesting game in my eyes! :D

It used to be a lot better. At first it was a very simple straightforward game, fun to play, but not very interesting. With more passive effects and varied attacks the game got more complicated over time. It's still pretty easy, just not all plain damaging attacks. What they've been doing recently is something I don't know why. Every type gets special energies that are often very overpowered and you basically have to win the game in two or three turns. There are so many cards that get around the rules that balanced the game earlier. So yeah, the new TCG has lost me.

I think I have both of those cards. :3 Not 100% sure about the Sewaddle one but I know for a fact that I have the Swadloon one.

ARGH I'm so jealous ;_;

Ozzy and Flare have that Swadloon card too, and I'm like the only one who doesn't have it despite wearing that avatar (and adoring it) for almost a year <__<

That's pretty interesting to know! But yeah, the fact that many games are won in two to three turns mirrors Yu-Gi-Oh's powercreep as well. I guess the company feels that making cards stronger and stronger is the most efficient way to get players to continue buying their cards, haha.
