I rarely use those first route rodents, besides maybe to Growl/Tail Whip a bit against the first Gym Leader. I've never used Sentret, except for a bit to evolve it for Furret's Dex entry. But enough about them, let's move on to... Hoothoot!

I adore Furret (especially Shiny!), even if it is a giant of a rodent.

Anyway, as for Hoothoot... a little strange-looking, but I love owls so 11!

I find Hoothoot's line unique in that it's the only regional bird to normally focus on special as opposed to physical attacks.

Seriously i will upvote Noctowl because he looks like a baddas owl but hoothoot is weak both battle and design wise. Also google Furret size
