I don't think that Ash is getting Pikipek. If he was getting it, then they wouldn't have had Rowlet come from a family full of them, plus the two evolutions.
But because Rowlet does lose flying type if it speed evolves, that may be why he gets it. At this point I don't really want him to get Pikipek. I'd much rather him catch Stuffle or Jangmo-o. Especially since he catches a Fighting type pokemon in most cases, but I don't see him catching another pseudo legend right now.
I am almost certain the Alolan Raichu is Hau's, as it seems like his signature pokemon in the games, or a character take over Hau's spot. I thought he had caught a Stuffle, but I went back and he hasn't.

Alolan Dugtrio - Possibly Kiawe's since he seems to be obsessed with it, but most likely Hau's
Alolan Raichu - Almost certain it is Hau's. Alolan Raichu seems to be his signature pokemon in games.
Kommo-o - Possibly Hau's. I find it hard to see Ash with it. It could also just be the next Totem Pokemon
Pikipek - Very random it could be Hau's or Ash's. But like said, Rowlet is the flying type. Can it still fly as a Decidueye? I really don't see why not. Because Rowlet grew up with one, maybe Rowlet saves the nest and one of the Pikipek want to join Ash?
Stuffle - Again random, It could be Hau's, but it could also be Ash's. Ash usually catches a fighting type pokemon. However, a lot of trends have been broken. I don't see it being Team Rocket's because of Bewear
Because Eevee is next mascot, I can see why it is brought in and because Lillie is so popular, I can see her being the trainer for it. Plus May and Serena, as main girls, have caught Eevee before. Lillie also seems to be the main girl since Lana and Mallow get shafted a bit.
Something tells me that if Hau does join the scene in Sun&Moon, his partner will be an Eevee like Ilima to promote Let's Go Pikachu and Let's Go Eevee. Ash has Pikachu so Hau will likely have Eevee(hence explaining Eevee there). Then Hau will have Alolan Raichu(he does in the games), Alolan Dugtrio, Kommo-o, Mimikyu and Stufful.
Ash's Rowlet will evolve to Decidueye(finally), prompting Ash to get a Flying Type in Pikipek(for some bizarre reason he has to have a Flying Type), Torracat will ultimately evolve into Incineroar and Lana's Popplio will match Mallow's Tsareena and fully evolve into Primarina. Then you see Kiawe's Alolan Marowak and Sophacles' Togademaru but no sign of anything from Lillie. That tells me that Lillie won't be in the next Sun&Moon series, hence something is going to happen that will cause her character to depart.
Hau with Mimikyu? What, is Jessie and Acerola each owning one not enough Mimikyu representation already?
As for Ash's Rowlet fully evolving, assuming that he does evolve at all (which I'm not convinced will even happen but I'll humor it), I'd wager that if it happens it'll be months from now, which would be really late into the saga. By that point I wouldn't see why Ash would need Pikipek to replace Rowlet.
I feel Rowlet won't evolve at all, because he's the comedy relief like Piplup and Oshawott, and the fact that there is actually merchandise of Rowlet resting in Ash's bag as well further proves my hypothesis.
If memory serves me correctly, doesn't Hau own the Pokemon that is weak to the starter you pick? If Hikamaru is correct that Rowlet won't evolve and Litten already has, then it points to Torracat evolving into Incineroar at some point(its rivalry with Kakui's also points to that). Therefore, Decidueye is likely Hau's.
As for Primarina, that has to be Lana's because she's the only one with the Water starter. Then there's Marowak(Kiawe), Togademaru(Sophacles), Tsareena(Mallow) and three of Ash's Pokemon(Pikachu, Lycanroc and Poipole. Rotom too but he's not a Pokemon that fights). Hau is noted for having Aloan Raichu and likely has Alolan Dugtrio. That leaves the following unaccounted for:
Mimikyu: Got a strong Hau feel here
Pikipek: Another Hau feel, although you'd think he'd evolve it
Eevee: Lillie is not represented here but something tells me she may get one. What it evolves into is undetermined but seeing as her brother owns Umbreon(Moon evolution), she may get an Espeon(Day Evolution) to mirror her brother. It also could point to Ilima making a return(he has one).
Stuffle: Right now both Hau and Ash are at five Pokemon each. It definitely has an Ash feel to it so I'm going Ash.
Kommo-o: Either its a Totem Pokemon or Hau's last Pokemon. Besides... Ash having a fully evolved Dragon Type for 2 regions in a row? yeah... not going to happen.
With Lillie's Alolan Vulpix not represented, what if she, instead of her mother, suffers a serious episode during this Necrozma arc? Would be a wild twist wouldn't it?

Jessie may have one but it doesn't make it exclusive to her. Acerola has a dead one as a friend so to say another trainer couldn't have one is a bit of a stretch. Besides... if not Hau who else would have it and why have it in the picture with everyone else?

Ash releases Poipole without it evolving, bringing him to 4 once again. However, I did say he would release and not to get your hopes up. I didn't think it would be so early though and I thought it would evolve.
I don't know how he is going to enter a Pokemon League if he can't catch more than 4 pokemon. However, with Misty and Brock returning once more, he might be going to Kanto or they are going to Alolan. This could mean he may bring back past pokemon.
Stuffle is with Team Rocket. Which after seeing someone talk about it, it isn't surprising. Maybe this is why Bewear has been acting the way it has.
Dartrix belongs to Hau, adding Hau to the main cast is going to limit what is coming.
Eevee with one weird hair style comes in, but it is not clear who it belongs to. I very seriously doubt it is Illima's. And Lillie is shown with Snowy, so I don't know if it is her's. It could be Hau's, but Hau is in the background. And it could temporarily belong to Ash, just like Poipole and Nebby. However, with it looking special and it being a Let's Go Eevee promo, it will almost definitely not evolve. With Lillie being the main female, I still think it may be her's. Perhaps Ash keeps it for a bit then gives it to Lillie.

Mudbray appeared in Episode 11 or when they introduced Kiawe's Farm, his sister and parents. Ash got a nice helping of mud from one when washing one. Its evolved form appeared with Acerola when Ash was doing his Training with Tapu Bulu. Team Rocket's Bewear is Female so maybe its in a parenting mood and gathering food all the time because its pregnant and plans to give birth to a Stuffle? As for the Eevee... its likely a LGE promo since LGP promotion is in Episode 91 with the Female Pikachu and its hairstyle(Lagomorph shippers will be triggered that episode too).
Thanks. I knew Mudbray had been shown when Ash went to Kiawe's farm. Wasn't sure about Mudsdale though.
Usually someone gets an egg around this point in time, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone got an egg, maybe this time it will be Team Rocket like you said.
Kanto - Misty and Togepie.
Johto - Ash and Phanpy.
Hoenn - May and Eevee
Sinnoh - Dawn/Cyndaquil and Brock/Happiny
Unova - Ash and Scraggy
Kalos - Ash and Noibat
Alola - Lillie and Vulpix.
Since I still see a lot of similarities between Alola and Sinnoh when it comes to format in some ways, I think it is time for someone else to get an egg. So it will be interesting if Team Rocket finally got an egg.
Datrix is likely Hau's which may explained the Decidueye that was in the art that I posted a few weeks back. Because of this, it is unlikely that Ash's Rowlet will evolve, however Rowlet is still the only pokemon not in that art I posted. So maybe Rowlet will get some type of new determination? I mean it showed Poipole as well, and he has already released it, so I don't know why Ash's Rowlet isn't in the art when all his other pokemon likely are. I don't think having Rowlet in it with Decidueye would be a big deal, I mean both Pikachu and Alolan Raichu are in it together.
The Eevee, I still think may be Lillie's or I guess it could be Hau, but it would be nice for Lillie to get Eevee to match her brother. However, when a pokemon tends to be in the front like that, it is usually Ash's.
So if it is Ash's. it may be another tempo like Solgaleon and Poipole.
