Lately my nights have been these really little naps where I wake up like every 30 minutes, then lay awake for a while and then nap 30-ish minutes again.
The result being me waking up tired.

I somethimes have these, too. Excepts, in those cases I usually lie awake for about 6 hours and then the last two is like a constant wake up and fall asleep every 15 minutes cycle. ^^"
