Clear voice: Alternative Metal / Doom Metal / Glam Metal / Gothic Metal / Grunge / Industrial Metal / Progressive Metal / Speed Metal / Heavy Metal.
Grunty stuff: Black Metal / Death Metal / Extreme Metal / Grindcore / Metalcore / Thrash Metal.
Can have both: Folk Metal / Symphonic Metal.
I don't know: Avant-garde Metal / Crust Punk / Post-Metal.
Of course each genre has infinite subgenres, but "traditionally", and as far as I know, the distribution should look like this 🤔
