I got 2 weeks of 'vacation' now, but I'll probably end up using most of that on doing stuff I've been putting off.... 😑

It's pretty much when you don't have to work, but are still being kept busy the entire day 😅 😉

I'm gonna need the weekend to recover from the past workweek though.
Hour-wise it's almost as if they were trying to kill me with work overload before my 'vacation', despite there being a national holiday on Thursday 🙄
Pretty sure they were just short-handed like usual when that happens, but the timing is a bit sus =P
"Oh two weeks off coming up, huh? Let's bury him in work then!"

Two weeks is still two weeks. I hope you get to do fun stuff during that time, as well! :D

Yesterday was supposed to be 27°C but apparently it "only" went to 25? Yeah, it's annoying. Worst part: it will only go up. Also El Nino is a thing for the next couple years. So there's a good chance for at least one of the next years to create a new record high in temperatures. <_<

I hate Summer, btw...

I handle the cold very well (I'm wearing only a sweatshirt between 2°C and 10°C XD).
For the heat I try to keep the sweatshirt until 25°C, so my body gets used to the heat and I don't die when we reach 30°C.
I don't know how efficient this is though...

The things I hate the most about Summer are:
- working while 30/40+°C
- trying to sleep in that oven of an apartment
- it being 20°C at 4 AM (last year had that happen a couple times)

But it's not just been a recent thing. I also hated Summer as a kid. Though, there may be other reasons at play that I don't want to get into. ^^"

I mean, I don't mind the cold neither, but I guess I like warm/hot weather more. Also it makes me remember of sea and beaches and I love swimming and such, so it's literally one of the things that reminds me that I can finally rest and go to the beach, but then uni kicks in lol
