I personally liked Super Mario Odyssey and Kirby and the Forgotten Land quite a lot, though the latter is the only Kirby game I've played so far =P

I got Super Mario 3D All Stars simply because I've never played 2 of the 3 games on it =D

I highly doubt 'Nintendo' will ever port R/S/E to the Switch, (though they could, I've been wrong before lol) but I'm certain there are *ahem* 'other ways' to play them on there. :p

I got the Mayro collection, never played it even a single time, but I've got it lol. I have them all on original (and thankfully still working) hardware so I haven't seen the need to crack them open just yet. (and Air Ride is the best Kirby game)

I'm interested in 'Princess Peach: Showtime!', but it won't be releasing till like March or something so all I did was bookmark it for the time being =P
Also saw this Mario vs DK game that looked fun, but that's not out yet either.

I tried them a while ago. But couldn't get into it. The most progress I made in a Mega Man game was beating Cut Man in the original NES version. ^^"

@Megan The core idea of the series is mostly the same. Although the original NES Mega Man 1 is pretty rough and dated.

Ironically Mega Man is one of the few platformers I easily got into. I even find 2D mario kinda unappealing.
