The Count To Infinity - v12

I've been forced to shop for shoes online as the sturdy work shoes I need aren't in stores around here, just regular shoes.
Otherwise I buy my clothes in stores.

I don't care about appearance of clothes all that much, I just want them to be comfy =P

I've been caring more about what I wear this past year or two. I really don't own a lot of clothes but going out in an outfit I make and feel good in does absolute wonders for my mood and mental state. I've been practicing in going out in different things without feeling insecure or overwhelmed and it's been fantastic. I prefer to buy clothes online since I don't have to risk going somewhere for something new to wear and not being interested in their selection, but for specific items I have to buy in-store or to thrift stuff for cheaper, I don't mind browsing.

Agree, I prefer browsing for shirts online.

Until it is some sort of occasion or am out to play some sports, I don't have any specific outfits whenever I am out. My dressing idea revolves around wearing the dresses which are comfortable regardless of the scenario.

And my most preferred shades for my T-shirts are black or white, and more often or not, one can find me wearing one of those T-shirts.

I also just did the quiz. Most of the things in the Get-Together (like the art things) either aren't something I'm good at or are something I'm not able to do. Not to mention I'm really an undercover Team Aqua agent...

Alright I've been putting off doing the quiz for long enough...~

edit: I thought I could still pull up the link from my browser history but it's not there :sadwick:

My first experience of the event was pretty average or below than it. I participated in three competition, and lost two of them due to my own mistake in selection of choices and concept, and one due to bad weather..... My mood was pretty off for the entire day(s) after the outcome.....

And my time was also limited due to which I needed to finish off my entries in single sitting.

Apart from these few events, I found the entire event to be linear and with lesser variation, as many events were based on the principles in which I am weak at. Hence I am already relegated from most of the events for sure. Although it was new experience for sure !!

:smile::smile::smile::smile::smile:

But in all honesty, it never felt to me about what I was expecting when I first heard of the term "Get-Together". Despite team formation, it was not team effort, rather than racking up of individual brilliance. I thought that this event will allow me to know who are other members on forum, instead I found some users who specifically came here for the event.

Hence I would say that entire Forum Games and other sections here are heads and shoulders above of what GT is perceived to be, at least for me.

The catch with those art events is that most people aren't good at drawing. :P
Skill isn't something we take too seriously. Otherwise a lot of people would feel excluded.

You are more than welcome to offer suggestions on how things can be improved. It may not help for this year. But there will always be next year. You could probably even join the organizers if you ask them.
