It's pretty much confirmed that GL will be airing on Sci-fi, I thought Andy already knew about it. You can read more about it here. As for AniMonday's schedule, it changes a lot so you'll have to check their website for the actual thing.

As far as the dub goes, if this is your first time watching the Japanese version, you'll probably like that version better. I found that it took me a few viewings to not think the originals sound the best.

Wow.... I didn't know that. XD
I'll be sure to remember to watch it on July 28th.
But here's the thing... I thought the dub cast was already told? I mean like months ago I remember places talking about who was going to be casted to do the Eng dub of it. O_o

The GL dub is gonna be an LA dub, so that means it'll likely have Steve Blum and Crispin Freeman in it and Keith Silverstein's also said he's gonna have a part in it...so...yeah, I don't know why but they're being really secretive about the cast for this show. XD

Probably the first reason is true, since it's got such a wide fanbase here they wanna keep it all wrapped up until the last minute. Hopefully I won't forget about it when it airs, it would suck if I missed it. XD

O_O Awesome.

I always seem to remember something on when there's like 3 minutes left. Code Geass's premier for example.
I'm putting it on my phone's calender, I can't forget to watch it.

I'm such a poor story. I downloaded a sidebar countdown gadget just for this XD
My brother would never watch it. He watched Fullmetal Alchemist and he thinks there's nothing that can top that ;<

62 days.

28 July 2008, 2300 hours EDT. How hard is that to forget, really?

To be honest, the fact that Bandai Entertainment had selected Bang Zoom! as the studio to do work on the English Gurren Lagann dub surprised me; my first thought was that Bandai was going to delegate the task of dubbing Gurren Lagann to the Canadians.

Now that we know which studio's doing it, who wants to take wagers on who exactly will be in the cast?

...I'm one for rumors... This sucks XD;
I heard that Adult Swim was gonna show it, because they showed Eva, and FLCL. But that's obviously a lie cause the dub isn't out yet, so it was just an assumption.

I don't care either way, the Japanese dub is great (Simon was done by a BOY.), and I have the series and the uncut episode 6 on my computer, so I'm content with what I have. XD
I heard that too. :<
But, just like you said, it could be a lie. XD;
OMG
That still doesn't want to download for me. ;;

If you're as forgetful as I am.. than that's very easy to forget. XD;

EDIT
OMG I killed the DCC. ;;

GL is like the best anime in the world! <3
You should check it out. n.n

Gurren Lagann is pure gold. It's only 27 eps (26 if you don't count the recap ep). It's an awesome series, and should at least be given a chance.

I tried watching Gurren Lagann. It just seemed like a generic mech anime to me. What I saw can be summed up as this: giant robot beats up another giant robot, there's a lot of obnoxious screaming, and Yoko randomly flashes her boobs.

Morkula: Sounds like an awesome show. =P

Meh, I've never heard of the show. And I rarely ever watch any anime at all. And to that matter, I barely even watch any animated shows that much. XD

Gurren is so hyped that I'm worried I'll be disappointed when I start watching. xD;
I got in long before the super hype kicked in... So I wouldn't know. But none the less, it is an awesome series... it's my second fav anime (and it's sooooooooo close to first that it isn't funny).

I personally agree Gurren Lagann is terrific, but not perfect like some want to believe.
No anime is perfect. Even with Gurren Lagann there's some eps I found boring and say they could have been better. But over all... it's awesome.

It's more then that. XD
But oh well, keep on thinking that... Mr. one who never finished the series! XD
