That's right, It isn't really the food that make you.. chubbier, sometimes. It depends on your metabolism, some digest foods too much, not leaving you with much body fat. But when you look at the sport players of today, you will see that some of them are overweight since they carry more muscle. So, yeah, maybe you could hit the gym and widen yourself up a little XP.
