I've got Pownce and LJ. But when it comes to blogs, most of my blogs goes to my GameSpot bog. I want to get back into LJing, but I want to make a new layout before I do that. And I'm really lazy. XD

But as for FaceBook and MySpace... I thought about getting a FaceBook (for friends and if they post pics), and in the end I might for pics. But MySpace... no need for it.
 
My profile is flashy to an extent.
If PC did develop all that, I think people would forget that there was a forum on this site. :x
 
Accept the flow of change as it'll get old real quick and everything will be back to normal…
 
Really? I think this will become the normal. The ability to communicate on the forum has improved incredibly to the point which it will take posts away from the forum, particularly the MCG. PM's will be used much less as people want to rack up more comments, and people will communicate more since they want more friends.

Plus I, as well as many others, love the idea of custom profiles. It's another form of customisation and adding our own personalisations, and I'm sure there will be many who will continue to change and develop their own little world.
 
Yeah, I don't think this will make things normal... fanclubs will take a hit, same with private messages, as Amachi stated.

I too love the custom profiles, not restricted in a sense, and free to be us. Hey I'm BeachBoy and I have a beach themed profile, go figure. =P I love that I get to give the sense of goin' to the beach whenever some wants to visit my profile. Just fits me perfectly. ;D And seeing the constructions of other is also a blast.

I also enjoy the new album feature, I havn't been able to use it much yet, but I like the idea. Also glad we have a sort of "who visits" sidebar, It's interesting to know who stops by from time to time.

Also, yes this does give a better chance to meet more members, we are a community, we should know people more. XD
 
Yeah, NOW we're a community. Before, we were just a collection of souls who used to love Pokémon and got lost ^^

I only use Bebo although I have Myspace and Facebook accounts as well. All my friends in real life use Bebo and nothing else, so, yeah, logical choice. I don't really have that much of a perference over any, but I do think that the way Bebo is laid out is better than the other two social networking sites.

On the topic of the custom profiles, totally amazing. But what's meant to be a forum will never be able to become a social networking site, I think.
 
I used to be on myspace all the time but than I got annoyed by all the random messages and stuff, plus it seemed to lag my computer. I have facebook but I hardly ever go on it. XD
 
I almost get an urge to get a MyS now again... just to see how it really is XD
