I kinda remember MCD not being an avid member of DCC but like, it isn't a time of "zomg" if he posts in DCC (at least back then XD)

@Netto: It's happening within close time frame again cause it's one oldie bringing one other oldie, which brings back one other oldie as a chain (nuclear) reaction.

Frostweaver in the DCC. Even I am shocked and amazed by this turn of events. Did I contract with Kyuubey to become a Mahou Shounen, wish this, and not remember it?
 
@Blue - Nono, downhill as in...well, Madoka is a very grimdark anime. It gets better, but the mood goes downhill. I won't spoil anymore!

Now I feel strangely compelled to pen a Madoka x Gurren Lagann crossover pic where Kyuubey is defeated through pure manliness and the desire to go beyond the impossible.

FYI I posted in DCC quite a bit when it was longer than a sentence =( that was an ugly era in time when people go "hi, i am eating breakfast" "lol me too! now I need to go take a dump cause i ate breakfast" "zomg me tooo!!!!111one" for like 5 pages in 1 hour... ughhhhhh it just draws rage in me that I stopped attending DCC + hit people who posts like that =[

I like it now when it's around 1-3 paragraphs with just occasional 1-2 sentence posts yet still reasonably meaningful!

Thank the lord that we have Twitter for that now. Or at least that's what it seems like a lot of people use it for. I shall forever be in the dark as to why anyone feels the need to announce to the world that they have to take a crap.

Twitter isn't that bad. :p It just depends upon how you use it. It's a great way to keep up with a whole lot of people at once, since there's so much less barrier to post than on a blog or even a forum. And the best people use it to post links to cool articles, videos, sites etc. That said, there are people that misuse it (probably me).

I've never been able to get into it at all. I guess my life just isn't interesting enough nor do I come across all those cool links the hip kids are tossing about these days. I mostly just stalk a few accounts every now and then and try to start a new account every few months someone bugs me to. Of course I am also pretty darn lazy these days, so taking the time out to type up a few lines or post a link on Twitter just seems like too much work to me.

Also, this talk of a Madoka Magica/Gurren Lagann crossover intrigues me, and at least one of us needs to fund a Mahou Shounen Kaga anime.

You just misuse it by never posting on it. :(

But yeah, I'm a twitter addict. u_u I guess I do use it like people used to use the DCC but I don't see it as any different from Facebook. Most especially since Facebook has been moving toward becoming Twitter anyway, replacing walls with status updates and whatnot. Not that I even like Facebook. But still! Knowing what your friends are up to, if they choose to share it, can be fun. Especially as everyone's growing up and doesn't always have time for long emails or journal entries or even MSN. It's a way to keep in touch~

It's decided. The thing will be an Iron Chef prequel that has Kaga finding his Iron Chefs while looking for the shards of the Bell Pepper of Fate.
