I made $50 or $100 a year in school off of geography bee prize money. It was one of my natural interests, but the wins were like shooting fish in a barrel because no one else ever even liked geography enough to compete. I'm surprised that our school even held geography bees because they eliminated the only geography class the school offered to cut costs a year or two before I entered high school. Must have been state-mandated or something.

I studied in a private school, so I can consider myself lucky- when I did the national university access exams, I passed them with flying colours, but several people here don't even know when our Fascist Dictatorship ended, even thought it's one of our most important moneths in the 20th Century, and it happened barely 40 years ago.

I loved Geography though. My crazy teacher helped a lot- we learnt things just from hearing his rambling nonsense.

I suck at geography.. I'm pretty sure I failed it last year. I took it last year because there was no other options I could take.

Geography was the worst subject ever when I went to school.

Does anyone here read dragon ball z mangas?

DRAGON BALL Z REPRESENT.

But no to reading it.

I've never had the chance to watch Dragon Ball Z. Might check it out one day to see how awesome it is.

Eh, I never really liked the Dragon Ball Z series, but if I had to choose one to watch, it'd be Dragon Ball. It seemed like it would drag on forever and that really bored me, and I was annoyed that it would do that. If it wasn't dragged on forever, I probably would've watched it. :)

Haha, I saw a funny comic about how the plot slowly advances.
I still like Gotenks though.

But did Krillin marry Android 18? And they had a kid...
So shouldn't the kid be half cyborg...?

ive never really been into spongebob. I dont even watch tv that often nowadays.

Ehh...I stopped watching Spongebob three years ago. No, wait...five years ago. It stopped getting funny...which made me stop.

This. While the Z chapter can be good, it typically falls into shounen fighting traps that make it hard to feel interested in, though the manga is a bit better. I typically like the Dragonball portion because it feels more like an actual story that isn't made up totally of fighting. I've got that bit collected in manga form, though I'm not sure if I'll end up getting the other half of the series.
