Got some overtime in a sense because of doing a few lectures of the course and setting an assignment as well. One more to go!

only certain people are allowed overtime at my job (and I'm not really one of them), so....

im jealous of salaried people cause technically they can go home early and still get paid the same lmao

it's a double-edged sword though and (at least at my job) you're more likely to work more than your salary hours than less. like tomorrow i'm going to have to go in and help open bc one of mine called out and idk if i'll be able to get off early bc i have to make sure i do payroll and truck before i leave.

ordering everything for the store yeah. our delivery arrives wednesday so it needs to be in by monday but since i'm always off monday i do it on sunday.

Half the time my managers let me do the orders because I know the inventory better than any of them since I'm the one putting the orders away three times a week. I know how much we go through between one truck to another and I have a lot to say when they order things we don't need, which happens a lot.

Man, I wish I had someone like that at my store to do truck for me hahah. Still need to get my assistant into really learning truck so I can go on vacation when summer hits i've been slacking on that.
