It's the same thing with any marketing campaign. The language program could be called 'Champion'. That would be taking advantage of people's knowledge that a 'champion' is a good thing, something that wins, therefore making them want to buy it. It's the same dice, no matter what the name is.Hmm okay.
I can see the inevitability of such occuring more in movies and medias, but I wouldn't want to see it in company names.

Would it seem analagous (is that the right word? It's a bit late FF says it's spelt wrong though XD) though that while it may be paying homage it is conversely taking advantage of the knowledge of the original item, to its marketing advantage?
