I was posting on the 09 DCC and watching the CNN New Years thing with my family.

Watched the ball drop with my family, watched Burn Notice Marathon till 4 in the morning, and watched Sailor Moon Classic Ep. 39 subbed.

Switched back and forth through different New Years Eve celebrations on TV while posting in here on my laptop.

For New Years I began chatting with my friends, writing a bit of my fanfic, eating a late night dinner and drinking cider with my family while we watch the ball drop, and reading the posts in the DCC in which we talk about the Pokemon games and the nicknames we gave to our Pokemon. XD;

...yeah, not going back reading the last 10 pages cause I'm lazy. XD

I went around looking at who's hiring. Got a few applications.
A new job for the new year is worth looking forward to.

Unemployment sucks.

Actually in a way I got a Y2K10 bug..

:/ My internet provider like had this internet warning thing on the top of all the websites I started going to saying I used 75% of my 60Gig bandwith this month... It's hardly even been a day. I didn't download anything..

:/ Soo I dunno.. It's just super weird.

Well, I bet there is an explanation for that that. Maybe it is a malfunction, but maybe it is just your computer or something. Y2K10 is not true, and I will defend myself! 8D

I got the same thing, except it was 75% of my 90G bandwidth. xD

It may be because it's not calculated over a 'month,' but a billing term. And I think my billing term is over on Sunday. ^^

I'm with Rogers.. it's a canadian company. But we've never gone over or even gotten CLOSE to going over :// So.. I don't get it.
The most I ever do is like.. stream a movie once in a while.. but when I do that it's usually at school and I use the school's internet :/

Edit: No my billing term starts right at the beginning of the month..

I am with Rogers as well, and that isnt happening with me, and we use the computers all the time. That is strange.

They always, always, always, go by billing terms. All services that have monthly fees go by that.

It's probably a new feature they've added, because some people might need to download something big fairly often and need to know how close to their cap they are.

And regular web use will not even remotely bring anyone near their cap. Unless they download... stuff.

But it couldnt be a new feature if it only happens to select people, especially if they dont use the computer much like Kura has explained. Okay, maybe Y2K10 may be something more then a myth, I admit.

Well... there could be someone else tapping into the connection... or it's a glitch on the company's end.

See if it's there tomorrow, and then call and complain if it is.
