I am alone with my own laptop and I don't have to share with anyone. Some years ago, If I wanted to use internet, I had to go to my father.

I was talking about siblings with someone just the other day. Because I'm an only child, I've never had to worry about sharing my belongings. I did, and still do, have unlimited access the internet (apart from when we used to be on dial-up, that sucked XD;). In that way, I guess I'm really lucky to be an only child, as if I bought my own laptop, or if my mother bought me a laptop, it would be mine and I could do whatever I wanted with it.

I used to have to share the internet, between me, my sister and my mum due to having dial-up. Whenever I could get on, I'd kill a few hours on Runescape and Soldier Front.

Thankfully now with Wi-Fi it's fine, though whenever someone watches TV on the internet (BBC iPlayer/ITV Player/4OD) it drains it all.

Thinking about it, we only got rid of dial-up about 2 years ago. It was like evolution before our very eyes.

I sort of have the same situation, except I do have a brother and a sister, but they have moved out years ago so I never had any sibling rivalry. If they were still living with me I'm sure we wouldn't really fight anyway, because we've always gotten along well.

I still don't understand why my mother treats my brother the way she does. My brother is much younger than me, but if my brother does something wrong (hitting others or knocking things over, for example), it's like my mother is too afraid of him to punish him.
It was never like that when I was my brother's age; I learned my lessons pretty quickly, and I wasn't really spanked when I was young.

Didn't you know, that parents usually spoil younger children? It is always happening when second/third/fourth etc... child is more than 3 years old.

Does anyone know about EV training?

I'm training my Elekid in Sp. Att but I'm not sure how many EVs I'm getting...

My Elekid is wearing Power Lens, has PKRS and is fighting Magnemites (who give 1 EV). So all in all, I make out that I'm gaining 6 EVs per defeated Magnemite, is that correct?

Let's try to keep this off topic chat on topic by not bringing up random questions. If you have a question relating to EV training, my suggestion would be to bring your concerns to Strategies and Movesets, not in a chat thread in an off topic forum.

To be honest, I wasn't aware of that. Most of my friends who have siblings don't feel that the younger siblings in their families are being spoiled.

My mother is the oldest of her siblings, and she used to say that the youngest of the three, her brother, was always spoiled far more than she ever was. This could because he was the only male child, as apparently as soon as my mother's sister was born, she was the favorite over my mother. I guess it depends from family to family.

Not that I want to be a mini-mod or anything, but dedicating a post to mini-modding is kind of ironic since you are a mod.

In partially related news, I think that being spoiled is a personality trait. You can get raised with the best parents you can find, and you might still end up spoiled. Of course, giving a child everything they want will make them spoiled 99% of the time.

I can't believe I'm disagreeing with the Umpa-Lumpas. ;_;

Um...newsflash, Sherlock. He is a mod. Therefore, he isn't mini-modding, he is modding. And therefore, he can dedicate an entire post to modding, if he wants. You, on the other hand, are mini-modding, whether you dedicate the entire post to it or not.

I'd suggest you actually stop and think next time, before you make another post like that and look like an idiot again.

....hmm...I wonder if Chibi does actually live over the rainbow....who knows...

Does anyone here follow the Premiership? Chelsea just won again 6-0. Its just crazy. Also staying on the subject of England - I'm currently there - has England always been in Afganistan with the United States? When we were walking around London I noticed numerous petitions from the citizens to bring the troops home. I always thought that the Afganistan conflict only incorporated the United States.
