I probably would've stared at it in confusion, constantly refreshing to see if the forum was being glitchy. But goodness, haven't seen that kind of word art since elementary school or when someone made a terrible PowerPoint during class.

I swear trying to choose one of the wordart designs was one of the hardest decisions of the 10-year-old me.

It still is, granted that I don't use them as often and there are much better options, I guess it's more because of my indecisiveness...

Family parties are the worst. Especially the ones where there are a bunch of people you don't remember or haven't seen in ages. I just avoid talking to anything in those situations lol. ):

At our family gatherings I always just ate the food and tried to keep away from the people I didn't know. Which was, well, most of them. Stayed next to my mother/granddad while they talked to people, who would always give the whole "Ohhh I haven't seen you in FOREEEEVER" spiel...every year. If I wasn't doing that I'd just be sitting outside in the sun on my own, with animals, or with the other kids who decided that leaving me alone wasn't on the agenda for the day.

Just a few of the reasons I'm glad we stopped attending those.

That's me whenever I'm dragged off to my husband's grandparents' house once again every so often. I barely know anybody there (aside from the grandparents), and it's just super awkward at times. :( I think I just sit there and listen and only really talk if someone happens to ask me a question (which isn't often).

Although their pool parties they like hosting once a year are kind of fun I guess, hmm.
