Ouch, that sounds extremely painful. I can sympathize, I've very sensitive hearing. I was already driven mad when my neighbour was doing some drilling for hours today. I couldn't even think properly. >w<

I'm not a morning person either. If only there was a country where life was nocturnal, I would so migrate there...

It's not the train that makes the sound, haha, it's the barriers that keep you keep you from crossing the road when the train passes.
 
I myself am glad that I never have to take the train to get to any classes or anything, since I live on campus. Other than the shuttle, but that's for fun stuff and it's not loud.

Haha, I remember doing that in elementary school years. Every year, I would push my bed time an hour later until my parents figured that I'm older and can sleep past midnight c:

I'd say go to Antarctica, but then it's freezing there, and it's not really a country. Nor would the lack of sunlight could as being a "nocturnal" lifestyle, haha.

You haven't done them enough. Then again, all-nighters are not fun, except for the sleep that follows.

everything feels so crisp and refreshing in the morning! that's why I like it so much personally. plus usually if I sleep any later than 9:30 I feel like I'm wasting the day and my routines get thrown out of whack, so I try not to do that but I mean it's gonna happen sometimes. I'm not a huge fan of dragging myself out of bed in the early mornings, mind you. I'm probably more of a night person.
 
Nothing beats waking up to a frosty, sunny and fresh morning. Really puts me in a good mood when the weather's like that.

I'm up at 6:30am-7:00am every day. But I don't mind it at all.​

Damn, I should have screenshot when the admins' names were huge with vibrant rainbow colors just a couple minutes ago.
