It was looking like a possible white Christmas a couple of weeks ago when we got really heavy snow, but it only lasted a day. I think it'd be really nice to see one tbh; sure it makes the roads a bit nasty but I'm not going anywhere on Christmas day itself and it's so pretty and stuff!!

It doesn't even snow over here :( That really sucks, since if there had been snow we would have extra holidays and violent snow fights in school (just kidding about the last part... Although I dunno it's pretty possible in here xD) But really, the fact that my school forces us to wear shorts in winters as well, it feels as if it's snowing anyway lol

I think it is supposed to rain on Christmas now and then be hot. Idc, I just want Christmas to be over.

Well, winter's gonna be cold even if there's no snow... which is why I really don't like Christmas being in winter...

Maybe when I get a good job I can buy a "winter" home in Australia (where it's summer in December lol)

Oh, a white Christmas...I never get those. :/ Just sunny and cold. Boring cold. >_>

ikr? ;D Really, it's boring when you don't have Christmas with snow. All I have is really thick fog in the morning and sunny days in the afternoon (even though it's still really cold lol)

And even though I don't really get any big presents for Christmas (mostly a small book), I still like to celebrate it for the festive mood. :> It really boosts the spirits of kids here before we are smacked by exam preparations and the exams in March lol

Aww, too bad the snow didn't last long. But I'm keeping my hopes up! The weather report's positive about snowing again.

Aw man, it would suck not to have a white Christmas. I've always lived in areas where there's snow until march or april.

I'm back from work :D !
You'd think it wouldn't be fun, but it actually was :o ..

OMG we were so busy, our registers broke down for like 10 minutes and the line went around half the store.

From what I last saw, the weather is looking better then it was before, I would hate a 36°C Christmas.

I'll send you some by post and see how it arrives. ^_________^

I can send you lot of snow. There are too much snow. Atm I hate it.

this is a Daily Chit-Chat, why would the discussion quality need to be high? Chill.
That attitude is part of the reason why the discussion quality remains low in the first place. But then again, who the hell am I kidding? You can't have a reasonably good discussion anywhere in this community without it degenerating into image macro/animated GIF spam or thinly-veiled trolling attempts.

Personally, I'd love a 36°C Christmas. Where I live, it rarely gets above 15-16°C during this time of year, and while temperatures can easily get to 0°C or below, the general climate is not conducive to the formation of snow. When there is precipitation, it's just rain, rain, and more rain.

I don't know what you define as quality discussion, but it's really hard to find anything of substantial quality on the internet lasting for an extended period of time nowadays. The slightest difference of opinion sets people off to calling you a troll. Unless I'm just not looking in the right place.
