quite sure fox's post is the equivalent of ''FITE FITE FITE'' xd
because i hounded Klippy two years ago for his clearly being mafia but no it was just an alignment switch asdfghjkl
anyway that's in the past, so while i understand it was hilarious to watch me salt and struggle, it pertains not to the current game so i ask that references to it be stopped now that the game has started to not create any further confusion.

other than that posts have been uneventful huh? yes, the doctor clearly saved, and yes, there seems to be some kind of role-altering effect going on. what i'm wondering is does anyone know what the ''arena type'' means? is that what's affecting the role altering or does it pertain to the events, or is it purely flavor? the last seems unlikely...

also ofc just as i preview this post more has come up, so yeah, i think it just means that the 'Reset' role's device has been set? maybe if they were n0'd nothing would've happened - but then nobody's roles would have been altered yet either so i guess that makes sense.

though with at least eleven visiting roles out of 23 players, there's a good chance the dreamer will have nothing to report. For a while. Unless they're an unpopular player lmao

Honestly I'm terrified of Bard, the guy's a madman when given a weapon so I'm trying to stay on his good side (if the thing is even real). I think the fact he got it does mean he's probably innocent, but again, it could be a trick.

but then that would just remove an obstacle for the mafia

and, if he is mafia, he's most likely to be killed by lynch anyways at some point down the line, so the vest won't be a big deal (and now town killing roles know he has one as well)

and it's not unusual in the event of fabricator v santa. Santa gives out the vest, meaning there is no second gun, and the reveal also thereby confirms the fabbed gun as fake. So it's actually quite helpful

and comforting to know we have a santa smart enough to vest n0. Luckily we don't have a fab smart enough to vest n0 and call into question the legitimacy of either item.
 
I just claimed to claim it. I wasn't particularly thinking it was a bad idea. I'm still not sure why it's such a bad idea?
 
I don't think Klippy's claim makes him suss, he probably thought the giver would want him to claim at the risk of looking suss if he didnt (similar to a gunsmith claim).

The vest may be "useless" now but if Klippy has an important role than the careers will have to jump through hoops to kill them. Perhaps one of the secret mafia roles is strongman?

also i hate to break it to you guys but we actually don't have concrete proof that the hatchet nor the vest are real or fake. we only believe that bard's is fake because of his history of being trigger happy, after all. but we have one role who gives out hatchets, one who gives out vests, and one who give out a fake of either. so unless a third person reveals a hatchet or a vest either of them could be fake or real. klippy's reveal could prove to be suss or it could prove to be useful but right now it's nothing imo.

tho really idc either way 'cause personally i think bard was given a fake hatchet myself but realtalk here i suppose. for all we know klippy could be holding a fake vest and someone else has a real vest.

but we don't have a santa, we have a gunsmith and a vestmaker, separate roles.
