The offical "PC won't load | I can't post | threads won't load" etc. thread.

Ok, I have another question.

As you can see, I just took the time to edit my profile. But when I gave the URL for my Profile Picture, and click "Save Changes", it said "Unable to save image". Is this because of the server?

That happens because that function is not fully set up yet.
Probably the profile picture directory is missing a chmod.
Just be patiant until it's fixed, it's shouldn't take long.
 
It seems now you guys totally moved it in the new server. Because when I tried to go here still using the old url...it directs me to PokemonPalace. And I thought that was werid...it should direct it here. Anyway...I was freaking out because I didn't remember the new url. So I been thinking and trying and I finally figure it out. ^^

So it will be theud.com/pokemoncommunity instead. I made sure I bookmarked it. XD I didn't get to last time, that what happen in the confusion.

So does the old url belong to PokemonPalace now?
 
In Pokémon Handheld Platform Games, the Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald Simple Questions and FireRed/LeafGreen Simple Questions links won't work. Just so you know~

If you are referring to the Hacks Showcase, Documents or Hacking Groups forum, these forums are moderated, which means that your threads will only show up if a Moderator or higher validated them.
It has nothing to do with PC's server.

The only reason they dont work is because when the admin linked to the thread, they only placed showtread.php blah... instead of the full link. So this has nothing to do with the server...

The 'Trick or Treat' theme has really messed up from what it was...@_@
(Just around the holidays too...;; )

Edit: The Multi-Quote button is 'image removed' on Quilava's Glaciation too...

That's because there was no "multi-quote" button for that theme; the button wasn't needed back when it was created.

Anyway, got a temporary fix for the Hallowe'en one. I'll look into fixing the multi-quote for both of 'em now. :x
 
I cant view the Simple Questions Section in Pokemon R/S/E ither.I wanted to look in there to find out how to add your own pokemon,gym leaders,trainers and maps into Pokemon Ruby.So how would I fix it so I can view the Simple Questions?

*is not exactly sure if this goes here* I've noticed something strange. When I look at a friend's public profile, it'll be:

_Insert Name_ is _viewing (private message)/creating (private message)/replying_ (to) _insert thread name/user name_ at _insert time_ (say... 7:00 PM)

but then when I check again about... five minutes later (just a random guess), it'll say something else but at the same time!

Does it have to do with PC's server?
 
Hi, I have just noticed that PC has been running very slowly sometimes in the past couple of days, especially posting. I'm just wondering when this might be fixed and what's causing the problems?

It is slow,It takes for ever to click into a topic and forever to PM someone..what is happening x3?
 
I have a problem uploading images. Everytime I try to upload a picture along with a post, it says: 'Failed To Upload File' or something like that. Is there a reason for this? (Sorry if this was asked previously).
 
Because its so slow for some reason I, and other members posts get posted twice. Even if you click it once, its not every time but it still happens.

As to the forum being slow, its probobly to many connections (to many people on at once) and it slows it down, and after a certain amount if time you time out and end up with the database error page. Happend a lot on an old forum i was on.

Yup.... its happening again... and the Database Errors are coming back...
