False, pokemon routinely are listed in the Pokédex with ridiculous sizes like Salamence being the same height as dunsparce. According to Game Freak Nidoking is only 4'7 inches tall. I never have expectations about how big or small a pokemon will be anymore. It seldom makes sense.
