Sounds about right, although I think you miscounted your total points.

I'm short a Regional Stone for finishing my Regional challenges due to repurposing one of the VPP's I had originally assigned to one.
And while I'm in here buying I'll stock up on some Candy too, as I still need to continue that challenge too =P

So I'll be buying:
1 x Regional Stone = 600
7 x Gigantamax Candy = 500 x 7 = 3.500

16.970 - 600 - 3.500 = 12.870 points left

Does that total include points for in-progress mons by any chance?
16.970 + 20 + 100 for the in progress VPP's at the time would've been 17.090
I don't add points to my total until a VPP is finished.

Which would still leave a 500 points discrepancy. I reran the numbers with a calculator and came up with the same total.
Unless ribbons are still 500 points for each one you obtain, I got no idea where that discrepancy is from. 🤔

We do add points to our records before completion.
As for the ribbon thing, you probably got one with 500 points before we changed the system so those points are grandfathered in, I suppose.

Just making a note for complete transparency. This may be useful for future VPP team members.

Ribbons were never actually 500 points each, some were mistakenly awarded as such for a time due to an error on our behalf. If people have different amounts then that is the reason. We will not be removing any originally awarded points, nor bumping up any that were handled correctly. For this particular concern we decided to let everyone keep what they'd been given, even if it was too much.

End users and staff alike should refer to the original obtain post if in any doubt 😊

Might as well exploit the sale for some mega stones now that I got one from the event. There were some more Megas I wanted to raise that didn't fit in the 10 for the challenge the first time round.

1 x Ampharosite = 550 x 0.5 = 275
1 x Blazikenite = 700 x 0.5 = 350
1 x Cameruptite = 600 x 0.5 = 300
1 x Galladite = 600 x 0.5 = 300

275 + 350 + 300 + 300 = 1.225

Gonna need 2 Regional Stones as well actually.

Regional Stone x2 = 600 x 2 = 1.200 points.

Apparently I forgot to add Arcanine's 10 Master points to the total and points history yeah =\

Guess I should've used my regional stones sooner, all I can do is ask for a refund now.

2 regional stones purchased at 600 a piece = 1.200

1.200 x 0.5 = 600 points refunded.

Also gonna pick up an Ultranecrozium Z while I'm here as Ultra Necrozma will be my next Legendary.
