It got an extra 10 points of attack to bring it's attack stat up to to 115. Good attack, maybe next time make a little bit faster, like let it hit at least 100.

Incorporates electric well into a basic zebra. Skates by on design. Agrees on it lacking something, battle-wise. Smiles at the idea of pulling off Ion Deluge with Lightning Rod or Motor Drive, though.
