Its gender ratio is different from that of its evolutions - 75/25 vs. 50/50. In fact, prior to Generation VI, there was a 1 in 3 chance for a female Azurill to evolve into a male Marill.

No idea why they didn't match the gender ratios in the first place but hey, that's kind of cool.

Design-wise, Nosepass isn't bad. It's just there for me.

It's unique enough. Gets away from some of the more generic rock type designs.

I agree that Probopass is probably one of the worst-designed Pokémon, but I was never a fan of Nosepass to begin with. I found it sort of creepy as a kid.
