Its cell structure is similar to water molecules. It will melt away and become invisible in water.

I dunno, Jolteon is pretty cute to me! I find the original Eeveelutions the most adorable of them all. Plus, look at this one that appeared in a recent anime episode. 10/10 would add to my Electric-type team.

There's a fan game named Super Pokemon Eevee Edition. Its gameplay is in Final Fantasy style and it's got GSC graphics.
