3. Absolutely horrible Pokémon for how low its catch rate is, horrible stats for how rare it usually is, is a waste of Heavy Duty Boots for Stealth Rock, and has a horrible signature move that could potentially heal the opponent, which is never a good thing.

I love this video but seriously. having them follow you around in Sw/Sh is kind of annoying. Especially because they're higher-leveled than your Mons are at the stage you encounter them. (Thankfully, I always pick Scorbunny in that game, so they're pretty much free EXP.)
