Likes it for the gimmick. Is it a strong gimmick? No. Made it fun to use solo, though. Hopped between sun, rain, and hail to leverage whatever advantage it could. Navigated a thin line between life and a fast Fighting move to the face. (See: Lysandre's Mienshao lead with Hi-Jump Kick and Diantha's Hawlucha lead with Flying Press.)

As for the shiny, the purple Kecleon from PMD would make for a far better shiny.
