Good enough. Strays close to the "just a mouse" issue. Littered Pokemon with various mice too, thanks to Pikachu. Does not stop it from looking decent.

I thought Minccino would be a pika-clone given that both evolve through a stone, its base stat total is 300 (same as Pikachu's), and both can learn thunder bolt/thunder. Of course there are many other traits that go into being a pika-clone, many of which Minccino lack. Plus Minccino doesn't have that "pikachu-face" look that all the other pika-clones have.

I happen to like that annoying flying squirrel. As for Cinccino it has access to great moves that can take advantage of skill link, like bullet seed and rock blast.

17. Never considered it a Pikachu clone. There are similarities, but it never seemed to be the intent. If so, it's more akin to Azumarill with it being able to stand as it's own.

Like all other pokemon that the professor shows off in the intro, Minccino can be shiny. I like its shiny, pink with green inside the ears. A bit odd that Cinccino's shiny is a different color.

Cinccino has two great abilities in skill link and technician, although you are most likely going to use skill link. Even with mediocre stats, this pokemon is hard-carried by skill link and a great move pool. Also 115 speed means it will usually be the first to strike.

Cinccino's shiny is different than its predecessor, as it is now an orange tinted color rather than a pink tinted color. I don't mind it, but I much prefer consistency.
