This line wants to be Magnemite so badly. Gears as a pokemon really could have been more creative, but it seems this line is focused on being as bland as Magnemite's line.

The only thing this line has is access to Genesect's shift gear. A powerful stat boosting move, but Klinklang has almost nothing else.

A true statement. Klinklang being mono steel with high defense also makes it bland. Seems like a pokemon that was meant to come out in gen 2 to show off the new steel type.
