Good enough for me then. Shell smash is a powerful move. It learns it a level 37, just 3 levels after the evolution at level 34. It's best to not evolve it otherwise you'd have to wait at level 43 to learn shell smash.
I assumed dwebble is based off paras because its evolution has a rocky shell gets so big, like it takes over the pokemon. Similar to how Parasect's mushroom gets too big like it has possessed the pokemon. That and both have bug as a dual type. Also I'm surprised no one has mentioned that dwebble is actually a good candadite for using the eviolite. Until it evolves it would be great using that as an item.
Crustle's shield pokedex entry states that it is strong enough to crack Rhyperior's carapace. That is quite terrifying to think about because Rhyperior's carapace can withstand volcanic eruptions. The sheer power this thing has is no laughing matter.
Crustle is the only pokemon to have both the Bug and Mineral egg groups, meaning its combination is unique for breading. Such moves it obtains from breading are also interesting like counter, block, spikes, night slash, and curse.
