Worst of the lake trio? I disagree because Mesprit exists. Uxie right here is an effective wall of a pokemon. Base 130/130 defenses with base 85 speed and base 75 HP. Has access to U-turn, stealth rocks (for some reason), status moves, dual screen moves, and heal bell.
