#9 - Adding Bewear.

The ultimate hybrid is a Skitty with the razor shell of an Oshawott and a big fluffy tuft of fur around its neck reminiscent of Eevees fur collar. Its formerly closed eyes are now open with the eerie gaze of an Espurr. It has a skull mask that is similar to Duskull's. It has the streamer-like tails of a Suicune. Attached to the streamers and a few placed on it's body would be bows from a Sylveon. There are wispy horns forming on top of its head, similar to Marshadows headgear that's made out of smoke. Similar to Bewear, it has a plush like appearance with plush like ears.
 
#10 - Adding Squirtle

Oh, and it's antlers end in Toucannon's beak! Oh. Also, it has a round body like voltorb that helps it roll around.

The ultimate hybrid is a Delibird with the antlers of a Winter Sawsbuck. It wears a dress that is similar to Jynx's and it's eyes are big, round and adorable just like Jigglypuffs. It has the luxurious white tails of an Alolan Ninetales, which seemingly come from Drednaw's shell that it wears! Its beak is also super long and pointy like a Zapdos! Oh, and it's antlers end in Toucannon's beak! Oh. Also, it has a round body like voltorb that helps it roll around. Finally, it has the long golden hair of an Alolan Dugtrio.

The ultimate hybrid is a Snorlax with the red cheek markings of a Makuhita. It has the hair/fur style of Slurpuff as well as it's sense of smell.
 
4. Adding Magnemite

The ultimate hybrid is a Snorlax with the red cheek markings of a Makuhita. It has the hair/fur style of Slurpuff as well as it's sense of smell. It's also got 2 magnets sticking out of its sides and a screw on its head a la Magnemite.

And another thing, it has bangs over it's eyes like Piloswine, with 8 spiny legs like Ariados
