Design. This immediately had me thinking of mega-evos, so yeah. They might be a lot more powerful, but there isn't a single one of 'em that even looks remotely good, so yeah.

Heliolisk or Hawlucha?
 
Grass/Poison, there's more pokemon I like in that typing.

Magezone or Probopass?
 
Fairy.

Plus ability or Minus ability?
 
Obviously Oblivion Wing.

Delta Emerald or Z? ( If a new game is to come out)
