Individual sports. I did martial arts and table tennis, and I do strength training currently ^^
But team sports are better on a CV, because they mean you don't see everyone that's not you as an enemy :S

Hot dessert or cold dessert?
 
Stones, because you can make them roll, and they become Rolling Stones.
