Two Truths and a Lie: Pokémon Edition!

Before: 3 would be amazing, 1 is believable, so 2?
After: Yeah, that's about where I'm at too.

1. My Y version trainer is a fabulous Serena :3
2. I hated contests in Ruby, but like them in Omega Ruby
3. I am going to transfer everything to my PokeBank, and then restart my Omega Ruby and Y once I get Alpha Sapphire and X.

Before: Hmm, this is a hard one. Numbers 1 and 3 sound a bit more believable, so I'm gonna guess number 2.
After: Whew, got it!


  1. Unfortunately, Pokémon is no longer my favorite franchise of all time, but I obviously still like it!
  2. Bulbasaur was my absolute favorite Pokémon until Sewaddle and Swadloon came along.
  3. I highly dislike catching Pokémon with Ultra Balls.

Before: It better be 1... but probably 3 because I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who doesn't like that

1. Scizor was my favorite Pokemon until Gen 4
2. I hate shinies because it makes things more complicated and makes double the Pokemon to catch/breed :P
3. Secret bases are awesome in 3D

Before: Well, 2 sounds kinda odd but I'm going to say 1 since it seems more like a 'since' case rather than 'until'.
After: Darn I missed. .-.

1 I own 5 Pokemon Plushies.
2 I own 3 Pokemon T-shirts.
3 I own 7 offical line Pokemon games(not counting PMD and other side games).

1: I don't have any pokemon shirts
2: I had a Raichu and a Mewtwo plushies when I was younger but my mom gave them away when I grew up
3. If I can only choose one starter, I choose Feraligatr.

My favourite cat Pokemon is Persian.

1. I'm not into breeding, I just grind up BP for Ability Capsules

Before: Wow this is really a three way possibilty. Maybe 3?
After: I can't believe I fell for that.

1 My Red Rescue Team was Charmander as Hero and Mudkip as Partner.
2 My Explorers of Darkness Team was Chikorita as Hero and Piplup as Partner.
3 My Gates to Infinity Team was Tepig as Hero and Axew as Partner.

Before: I honestly don't think you'd have a Grass-type hero, so I'm picking number 2.
After: Nice, I got it! ^^


  1. I've beaten Explorers of Sky more than 5 times.
  2. I strongly believe that Red (the player character in Gen. I) is based on Ness, the protagonist of EarthBound, while Blue is based on Porky, the rival in the aforementioned game.
  3. I surprisingly don't have any Sewaddle or Swadloon trading cards.

1. I don't like shinies, but I collect them for some reason.
2. I don't like legendaries, but I keep a collection of them in my PC.
3. I don't like event 'mons, but I started collecting them in Generation 6.

After: Yeah, some legendaries are cool, but OP or annoying.

1. My very first Red Rescue Team was Pikachu and Cyndaquil
2. I beat Red Rescue Team 3 times
3. All these questions are about Red Rescue team
3(a). The only main series Pokemon games I beat are the remakes

After: Dang I actually got it. :D An Explorers of Darkness team of mine was Cynadquil and Pikachu! :D

1 (Continuing on PMD because I like it) I had a Red Rescue Team named Horizon.
2 I had an EoD team named Porkchop.
3 My one and only save file on Gates to Infinity was named the Dream.

1. I named my first catch in OR Petchyena
2. I will NEVER choose Treeko as my starter again
3. Mega Swampert looks stupid; he's on roids

1 If I was told by GF/Nintendo/Pokemon Company to make a Mega, it'd probably end up as M-Ursaring even though I'm not a big fan of it.
2 Bug is quickly becoming my favorite type.
3 I actually don't like the Eeveelutions because they are too OP, my username is just a reference.

Before: Wow... these are all fair game (except for maybe the second one). I really wanna pick number 1, but I'll go with number 3 based on the clues you've given in other threads.
After: Made it... I finally got three in a row! (That's my new world record, haha.)


  1. I always name my Mystery Dungeon protagonist "Bulbasaur," which is awkward because every Pokémon thinks it's a weird name. (lol)
  2. I don't have a shiny Sewaddle, Swadloon, or Leavanny.
  3. In Y Version, I named my trainer "Revise."

Before: I believe someone said he/she liked Charmeleon more than Charizard, was that you? Also, I think #2 is quite reasonable. So I'll go for #3.
After: Yay! I have absolutely no idea what my chain is right now.

1. I haven't played any Pokémon main series games for at least a month.
2. I haven't battled at the PC Battle Server.
3. Currently my highest level Pokémon is an Articuno.
