Update on crystal ground mono

Forgot to post this last time but I encountered Raikou while training Chazz!!!! Unfortunatly he ran before I could Kill do battle with him.:(

Got to Olivine, but Jasmine wouldn't let me do battle with her, so I left for Cianwood. I did battle with Chuck, and left victorius. I returned to Olivine with my new badge, meds, and Fly HM. Jasmine agreed to do battle with me now that Ampy was healed. I led with Queen. Doulble kick spam FTW.

Proceeded on to Mahogany town, then to the Lake of Rage where one shiny Gyrados was killed raped defeated. Lance watched me clear out the Rocket hideout. Did battle with Pryce. More double kick spam FTW. Returned to Violet City then to the Ruins of Alph to acquire one moonstone, which was then used to evolve Queen to a Nidoqueen.

From Mahogany I went to Blackthorn City then to goldenrod and defeated the Rockets, then back to Blackthorn to uber train Queen. I then Defeated Claire with ice punch spam FTW.

Well, in an electric ultimate monotype crystal leg can I trade one in? Ther's no electric type pokemon till the third gym, and my silver is nonexistant. I can get a Mareep in from there because my friend is nice and he'll catch one for me, but only if one of you will let me. 'Ts a bit early to ask, cause I'm only, like, not even halfway through Yellow, but I'm concerned for the future.

Update:
Electric Ultimate, Yellow Leg:
-Got through Mt. Moon, went straight to the gym.
-Killed them all, each pokemon taking two thundershocks.
-Pokemon center, rival, Nugget Bridge, Route 24/25, back abain to Cerulean.
-Went down to Vermilion, got a voucher, rode down to Vermilion on my bike.
-SS Anne, GOT CUT, caught a Diglett, went into the Gym. Took about an hour to get to Lt. Surge. Kicked his butt with a body slam, thunderbolt and a whole lot of Double Teams.
-Got some Pokemon, went to route two, got Flash, went to Route four.
-Got Magnemite, #2 of team Volt, and am currently grinding.

Ghost Single, Soul Silver:
-Beat Morty and went to Olivine. Basically it, though I ground to level 33(SHADOW BALL, taught the other one to Sableye.)

Poison UMC Crystal Leg I'M FREE!

Finally defeated Red. For Pikachu, an uncharmed Earthquake from Lang did the trick, but Espeon required hax: Confuse Ray, followed by Return from Daclus, who was then killed. Sacrifice Conra, Max Revive, repeat, no more Espeon. Snorlax was Toxic'd by Mito II, but he died at the last second. Docori II finished off Snorlax and Venusaur. Charizard was beaten by Tetrid II, and Blastoise killed Lang, Docori II, and Tetrid II, and the final blow was a freshly revived Mito II's Thunderpunch.

Update for Ultimate Monotype Challenge (Ground).

Update #2 on Platinum.

- Went through Solaceon Town. Caught Bibarel and Starvaria.
- Reached Veilstone City, then bypassed it and went to catch a Shellos named Sluggish. Taught Aerial Ace to Scythe.
- Returned to Veilstone, picking up the Razor Fang on the way.
- Beat Maylene with Scythe, who evolved into Gliscor after the battle as he was holding the Razor Fang and leveled up during the battle.
- Went down to Pastoria City, training up Sluggish. Sluggish evolved into Gastrodon.
- In Pastoria City, taught Wood Hammer to Torterra and Night Slash to Gliscor.
- Beat Jacen easily.
- Had some difficulty getting past Wake's Floatzel's Ice Fang, but eventually beat him.
- Beat all the trainers on the western route to Pastoria from Hearthome.

Lets start off the morning with an update:

Beat Brawly easily with Tailow, beat May, beat Wattson with some nice teamwork between Linoone and Loudred (Linoone with Sand Attack and Mud Sport, Loudred with 6 Howls and Uproar/Pound for Voltorb).

Crystal ground mono update

After like 500 tries I found a pokemon that could use waterfall(Horsea). I made it to victory road and beat Silver relatively easily. Decieded to do some grinding in Victory road, but that was going to slowly so I spent all my money on stuff then did some suicide runs on the Elite Four. Then, on one of my suicide runs, I managed to waste Will, Koga and Bruno, so I decided to just use my full restores and go for it.

Heres how it went down gainst Lance:

Decieded to do some grinding in Victory road, but that was going to slowly so I spent all my money on stuff then did some suicide runs on the Elite Four. Then, on one of my suicide runs, I managed to waste Will, Koga and Bruno, so I decided to just use my full restores and go for it.

Yup, that's how it goes down usually for me. In my Poison Ruby, for instance, I'm grinding on pretty much Sydney alone, as I can sometimes beat him and sometimes not, but Phoebe always destroys me. I'm going to get Ice Beam for Tentacruel though, that might help.

- Went from Pastoria City to Snowpoint City, collecting 3 more badges and fully evolving my team along the way.

Evolved Spartan just before this fight, and he dominated with Cross Crop, which OHKOed Magneton, 2HKOed Steelix, and OHKOed Bastidoon.

Mach Punch OHKOed Sneasel, Flamethrower OHKOed Piloswine and Frolass, and Close Combat OHKOed Abomasnow.

In this exciting new installment of the Crystal Ground Monotype Challenge, we will witness an epic battle between Gold and Suicune, filled with battle cries, death, and some other stuff. Lets begin!

Gold knew he had been forgetting something, he had felt it ever since he entered Cianwood for the first time, and now, he knew that he must go back.

Upon arriving in Cianwood, Gold immediatley spotted Suicune, but when Gold got close, Suicune fled. Gold was dissapointed that there would be no battle, but Eusine was close by.

A battle ensued, for Eusine wanted to prove his worth, but Gold won, unscathed.

Gold made his way to the entrance of Tin Tower, but was stopped by a sage.

Sage: Sorry kid, you can't go in th - wait a second, is that a clear bell?
Gold: Uhh, yeah.
Sage: Ok, go in.
Gold: Sweet!

Gold took 7 steps, then encountered 3 more sages.

Sages: You may not progress past here untill you prove yourself by defeating us in battle.

Sages(after the not so epic battles): Ok I guess you're good enough to battle Suicune.

Gold entered the Tin Tower, only to come face to face with the greatest, toughest, most deadly beast that he had ever seen.

Suicune: Lets do battle!

Gold knew that his Graveler could take a hit, so that's who he sent out first.

Graveler took hit after hit to bring down Suicune's health into the danger zone.

Suicune: Well, what are you waiting for? Aren't you going to catch me?
Gold: No; that would be against the rules.(yes I got that off the nuzlocke comic)

Graveler used Earthquake!

Suicune: NOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Suicune died.

Gold returned to Kanto, knowing that he had single handedly killed the great beast that wasSuicune. He had a smug grin on his face, as he couldn't wait to tell Eusine about Suicune's current state.

Back in kanto, I've got the Magnet train pass.

Update for Ultimate Monotype Challenge (Fighting).

Final Update (#5) on Platinum.

• Defeated the Elite Four and Cynthia to become the Champion!

Spartan took out Yanmega and Drapion, then fell to Heracross. Champunch took out the rest pretty easily.

Spartan beat Whiscash, Gliscor, Golem and Hippowden before falling to Sandstorm damage. Dante finished off Rhypherior to win.

Dante took out Houndoom with Earthquake, then Infernape crt Earthquake to OHKO Dante. After a Swords Dance, Galahad OHKOed Infernape with Psycho Cut, then OHKOed Rapidash, Flareon and Magmortar as well (with healing help).

After a Swords Dance, Galahad beat Mr Mime and Espeon with Night Slash before Bronzong beat him with Earthquake. Dante finished Brongxong with Flamethrower, then was OHKOed by Alakazam's Psychic. Champunch finished Alakazam with a couple Returns, then fell to Gallade. Spartan was able to beat Gallade thanks to DynamicPunch's confusion which caused Gallade to hit himself twice while Spartan used a couple Returns of his own.

- Used the rest of my Rare Candies to get Dante and Spartan to L58 and Galahad and Champunch to L59.

jd, I love how for the first four E4 on your Fighting run, you finished the battle with someone different. I didn't have to keep scrolling down to see who was on your team, because the picture was right there. Thanks for being awesome like that.

In other news, slowly but surely, I'm making progress on Normal Ruby.

Audio 1 confused Skarmory and stalled until it had enough attack from Howl to one hit it (by this time it was at half health from confusion.
Healed when Altaria came out, and when she failed to 2 hit me with AA and EQ, I made her pay with x6 boosted Stomp.
