Update for Ultimate Monotype Challenge (Dragon).

Finished Red Version.

• I bought a second Dratini at the Game Corner, which I named Dracon.
• Beat Erika with Ice Beam mostly (Dracon).
• Beat Pokemon Tower thanks to the PokeDoll, and got the Pokeflute.
• Went down to Fushia City and got Surf/Strength - taught Draco and Dracon Surf and Thunderbolt to Dracon.
• Beat Koga easily, then went to Saffron and beat Sliph Co.
• Beat Sabrina, then Surfed to Cinnabar.
• Got the Secret Key, then Surfed Blaine.
• Went to the Power Plant and got Thunder (taught to Draco), then headed to the last gym. Also taught Blizzard to Draco.
• Giovanni was Surfed by Draco.
• Beat Karl on the way to Victory Road.
• Made it through Victory Road by the skin of my teeth. They both evolved into Dragonite in Victory Road too.
• Fought the Elite Four after getting both Draco and Dracon to L59.
• Lorelei took a few tries as Thunder kept missing Lapras and then she would rape me with Blizzard as Thunderbolt was a 2HKO (finally Blizzard missed).
• The other three were easy peasy - all sweeps, although Agatha was annoying with her Gengars.
• Karl was then swept by Dracon, and I was the Champion!

I thought this challenge would be decently hard, but it's been kind of easy so far. Being overleveled might have something to do with that, but there aren't many good normal types, so I didn't have to train many pokemon so far. But now I have miltank, and it has great Defense and Speed. Good moves, too.

'Know I said I would update yesterday, but I have a legitimate excuse reason as to why I didn't.

You see, something happened, but my emulator's lagging all of a sudden. And not just minor lag, but MAJOR lag. What I mean is that it took me around 7 minutes to hear Wattson's defeat speech.

Anyway, though my hopes were with reaching Norm, I barely did anything besides beating Wattson because I was scared my emulator was gonna freak out in the middle of the Flannery battle or something.

Today, though, I didn't have any time to play. (Well, I did, but I wanted to wait until later. I had no idea we had to go somewhere, and that that "somewhere" took me like 5 hours.)

Anyway, Courtney and Kyle were the big stars. Jake helped out a little, too. Sophie was a bench warmer.

Chapter 14? - Normality vs. a black man! No racial. (Will edit.)

I got the Hive Badge from Bugsy, I owned Silver, and got a Cut slave. Now...it's time for Goldenrod City at last! Now...I'm gonna go grind up Hoot and Tuff Puff at the National Park before going to the gym. Now...I hated Whitney. Her Miltank took a while to kill. I had to stall a lot, and Wanda beat it with a critical Hyper Fang. Whitney whined about losing, but after talking to her, I got the Plain Badge.

I was going to have 2 Infernape on my Fire UMC Sinnoh team, but like 2 badges in, I realized I had a male. Couldn't breed another one...

Also, in my SoulSilver Water Mono, my team is 2 Starmie and 2 Feraligatr.

Well, got off my butt and started a SoulSilver game after completing my fire challenge in Red!

Start as female trainer, name Clair, pick Cyndaquil as my starter, after a few retries, finally get a female one! (yay) Nickname her Cyndi, cause I am ultra original...
Beat and name my rival Silver, make my way to Violet City, catch a hoothoot for future HM slave uses, and get myself a Slugma egg from Primo (he finally had a use), and after hatching it, nicknaming him Schnecke, grind a few levels with him until I take on the sprout tower, and obviously, mop the floor with those monks.
Onto the gym... More easy pickings, Cyndi evolves midway through aswell!
Through dark cave, stop Team Rocket from cutting off slowpoke tails... Then slaughter Bugsy and his entire gym =3 Then Silver wants to be beaten as well, I oblige him.
Catch Oddish for another HM slave, make my way to Goldenrod city, meet Whitney, introduce her to Cyndi, make her cry =o get badge, time to stop!

Update for Ultimate Monotype Challenge (Dragon).

Okay, I started Gold today.

Name: Lance
Rival: Karl
Starter: Chikorita

• Caught a Horsea named Poseidon and beat the first three gyms with him.
• Finally I got enough money for coins to buy a Dratini named Draco (again).
• Poseidon evolved into Seadra in the Burned Tower.
• Then I beat Morty easily - Surf even OHKOed Gengar.
• Headed to Olivine and beat the Lighthouse, then surfed to Cianwood. Draco started holding his own.
• Beat Chuck pretty easily - Dragon Rage really helped Draco.
• Dragon Rage also helped Draco beat Jasmime's 2 Magnemites, then Poseidon Surfed Steelix.
• Draco evolved into Dragonair.
• Headed to Mahagony and beat Gyarados.
• Beat up the TR Hideout and got Whirlpool.
• Beat Pryce easily with Draco's Iron Tail, and Draco finally caught up with Poseidon's level.
• Just got the call from Elm and saved in Goldenrod.

Ok, figured I should probably do an update. (and correct a minor error in a previous post).

-Started Fire Red. Name, Alyce, rival Bakaero (cause I'm cool like that :P).
-Hack in (to correct my post) one level 8 Dratini, named Serpentine. Level him to 14 and beat Brock with wrap (sooo long).
-Learn Twister and begin to beat down some easy trainers.

• Got the Dragon Scale in Mt. Mortar and trade evolved Poseidon into Kingdra using TGB Dual.
• Got through Victory Road.
• Beat the Elite Four and Lance to become Champion! Lance was hard, I really hate Thunder Wave.

Well, I started to do my Platinum Steel, and got through 2 Gyms (Gardenia was a real ***** since I just had Prinplup at the time, but I went and got me a Bronzor and things went a little better.) Right as I was screencapping the Gardenia victory, my emulator broke in half. I reloaded, and despite me saving a bunch of times, including right before Gardenia, I was back right after I got Piplup. Temporarily gave up on 4th Gen.

So, I started my Ground UMC. I'm on Johto now. I beat the first half with Boulder the Graveler, Major the Nidoking (Physical), and Minor the Nidorino (soon to be Special Nidoking.) Then I grabbed a Moon Stone to make 2 Nidokings. I'll post screenshots when I can, atm my laptop is not being very nice.
