Celestial Tower Part 2

The Celestial Tower is a tall tower with three inner floors connected by spiral staircases. Like certain buildings in other regions, it is a resting place for deceased Pokémon. At the top of the tower is a bell, which mourners can ring in remembrance of their lost Pokémon. The bell's sound is said to reflect the nature of the one who rang it.

One by one, each of the trainers told N what they fought for. Most didn't seem to have an answer for him, but when it seemed no one would rise up, two spunky trainers answered the call. Blair and Tara. As fate would have it, one proclaimed to fight for truth while the other fought for ideals. N listened intently to their reasons and could sense the power in their words. This seemed to please him

"I see...Tara and Blair...I can tell you both will fight til the ends of the earth for what you believe in. For that, I thank you. You have given me hope for this world. There needs to be more people like you who fight for what they believe in. As thanks, please...take these as gifts."

Out his pack, N pulled out two stones. Gesturing to each of the Trainers a stone, N explained, "Ms. Tara for your belief in your ideals, please take this Dark Stone. And for you, Blair, for your passion for truth, please take this Light Stone. I wish you both the best in your future endeavors. I look forward to the next time we meet."

Congratulations to Adventure and Geras, for their completion of the challenge. Why did N give you those stones? You'll find out when the time is right.

Twist Moutain ネジ山

Twist Mountain a location in Pokémon Black and White and Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. It is in the Unova region to the north of Route 7 and its eastern terminus is in Icirrus City.

In Black 2 and White 2, this location is inaccessible before entering the Hall of Fame, since the entrance from Route 7 is blocked by Marshal and the Tubeline Bridge entrance is blocked for weight testing. After entering the Hall of Fame, in addition to these two entrances becoming accessible, Clay completes his tunnel from Driftveil City into Twist Mountain, called the Clay Tunnel.

Deep within Twist Mountain there is an intriguing rock. It gleams with a frosty blue aura and sends a sensation down your spine if you touch it. It is believed that it has special powers regarding the evolution of a certain Pokemon.

In a surpise occurrence, the energy surrounding this rock has been amplified and it seems to having an effect on more than just that certain Pokemon but all Ice type Pokemon, allowing them to be evolved on the spot, no training needed.

Instructions:

To relish in the powers of the rock, you must have an ice type who is not fully evolved and you will be allowed to evolve it for free. This is a one time deal though.

In regards, to Geras' Eevee, he will be allowed to evolve it for free into Glaceon and it will not count against his free evolution since Eevee is not an Ice-type to begin with if he chooses to evolve it.
