yeah I adore snapchat. I've had full conversations on it, which probably isn't good, but it's also just marvelous for sending quick things to people / subtly gloating about cool things you're doing. it's wonderful.

I really like instagram and twitter too; used to use facebook more than I do now because it's mostly dormant amongst my friends at this point. social media is okay on the whole.

Facebook is only good for photos now imo

Facebook is for keeping in contact with those people you know in real life you feel obliged to stay in contact with because reasons.

I have a Twitter account...which I use mostly to bug KT and other developers with queries and complaints. xD

I tried twitter and just didn't get it I'm on Facebook to buy Pokemon stuff and keep in contact with my old friends, and to keep old acquaintances who have loads of drama with themselves

Or any other Republican candidate for that matter.

I use Facebook to contact offline friends and acquaintances only. I'm not one of those people that share every single detail of their whole life on social media though. I also have a Twitter account, but very rarely use it.

Meanwhile, Leicester are five points clear at the top of the EPL. Amazing run they're having.

For me, Facebook is more for offline friends and Twitter for online ones, however, the lines have been blurred quite a bit over the last few years. I still don't have any offline friends on Twitter, but I have quite a few online ones on Facebook.

In general, I use Skype to keep in touch with online friends, so I don't really talk to them on Facebook - they're just kind of there in my friend's list and I like/comment just as I would any other Facebook friend. But there are a few people that don't really log on to PC or Skype anymore that I message on Facebook at times.

i try to use social media but i'm just too distracted all the time to make it worthwhile. Twitter often misses out on my spontaneous one-liners, despite the fact i have one. :x

Just a bit over a month ago I decided to quit Facebook since it was nothing but a time waster. I also didn't like the idea of an online archive of my life - no other generation preceding ours has had anything come remotely close to what Facebook is and they've done just fine. A few years ago I thought our generation would be looked back at in the future as the one where people willingly put up their personal information online for anyone to access, at any time.

I use facebook to talk to my father, that's literally it.
Otherwise I'm on tumblr.

Both my FB & Twitter are irl friends, and its essential for me in keeping contact with people

Twitter is very irish twitter and a lot of people meet each other via that in nightlife by recognizing others off whatever.

I have both Facebook and Twitter, where Facebook is for offline friends (though I also have a Facebook page under my Internet name, so...) and Twitter is for online stuff. I'm on Twitter way more, because what's happening on my feed there is more interesting. Except Ben's posts. Like I follow those I also follow on Youtube, and my favorite sports teams, and accounts like that.

The only thing that I really post now on Twitter is quotes from a blog I was just reading through, and pictures of the stuff I buy for my various collections. I really don't know what else to post there for now.
