People say it quite a lot in my area...it's habit-forming. Most cuss words are like that, though - they're all very appealing when you're a kid and not supposed to say them, but they lose their appeal as you get older...usually.

That's an amusing little list. I can't even remember the last time I heard someone say nutter or bellend, although the latter was especially popular when I was in Secondary School for some reason.
