Useful Pokemon in Real Life

Depicts humans and Pokemon living alongside one another in the Pokemon world. Helps humans out in a few ways. Shows Machop preparing the ground for construction. Requests Pokemon for various jobs, such as receptionists, firefighters, cooking assistants, and security. Acts as athletic training partners for some. Formed service groups with some Pokemon, such as the Gogoat Shuttle in Kalos and the Galar Taxi with Corviknight. Could simply be a good companion or napping partner too.

What Pokemon could you use right now?
______________

Goes with a Blissey. Helps to keep ongoing health issues more in check. Supposedly becomes kinder to others by eating its egg. Would not mind a dose of that. (Worries about the potential overdose effects, though. Could lead to sacrificing your own well-being, perhaps.)

Straight up Comfey. Picks flowers and give them to people it likes, emits healing and calming aroma, and holds a dang job at a Pokémon Center? Heck yeah.

Zoroark too. Casting illusions on mass groups of people, disguising itself, loyal, and sympathetic towards people who are lonely? Double heck yeah.

And Lapras, I think. It can apparently read people's minds and understands human speech, it's loving and gentle, and it's great transportation! Also they sing and were almost hunted to extinction. Must protect. ;o;

Suicune can purify contaminated water on a whim, and almost any flying type Pokémon would be useful (Provided they aren't going to kill you or are hazardous to the environment and your safety) So maybe a Pidgeot would work.

There are also many examples in the anime and games, such as Machokes as lifters and the Growlithe line essentially as police dogs.
I guess we should also take into account the Pokemon's behavior...

You know, my last post was self-centric. Here's a more global response:

Any Pokémon that can help fight deforestation - Grass types come to mind, Leavanny, Eldegoss, Jumpluff, Tropius, Trevenant, GMax Appletun, Florges, and Exeggutor. Also addresses global food crisis!

Clean the ocean of debris and restore aquatic environments - again Lapras, Suicune, Milotic, Simipour, Dragonair, Skrelp, Tapu Fini, and Araquanid. Though.. I guess G-Corsola might go extinct as a result. :(

Pokémon that prevent the polar ice caps from melting or otherwise combat global warming - Avalugg, Cryogonal, Abomasnow, Articuno, A-Ninetales, Shiftry, and Deliberd.

Pokémon that can absorb / remove pollution and toxins from any ecosystem - like Swalot, G-Weezing, Garbodor, A-Muk, Mega Altaria, Wormadam [Trash Cloak], Goodra, and Guzzlord.

Solving complex mental, technological, economic, energy, and physical health crisis - Indeedee, Blissey, Alakazam, Sylveon, Audino, Metagross, Absol, Xatu, Magearna, Togekiss, Magneton, and Tapu Lele.

Realistically, I can't really think of a single Pokemon that wouldn't be useful in some way or another. Like, most of them could plausibly learn some kind of HM or Field Move which is immediately useful (lawnmowing, traversing water, carrying people to places, brightening up dark places, etc.), a chunk of them can heal people, generate clean energy or water, and so on.

The only Pokemon that I'd say are useless, are like, Wynaut, Wobbuffet and the "baby" Pokemon like Magikarp, Blipbug, and so on. And even then, most of them will evolve into something useful.

I guess you could use Wobbuffet as a sandbag or something like that? It's whole defense mechanism is taking hits so I don't think they'd mind human punches too much?

most psychic pokemon. espeon, gardevoir, alakazam, you name it. telekinetic powers are hella useful for the day to day tasks and chores that need to get done. hell, even for transportation reasons i'd imagine they'd be useful. need to teleport to the grocery store? not a problem! need a pokemon that can help transport you to work? what are flying types even if you have a psychic type with you? if you're the type of person that's short on time i can hardly think of anything more time efficient.
