Ok, now since my Fennekin has hatched, I can get another pokemon , right? or should I wait till she is fully evolved?

You would have to wait till you get to 197 posts before you can get another one.
 
How many users here have a Link Cable here? Please tell me it's not just Caite and I, lol.
 
I have a Link Cable! I couldn't tell you where it is though, haha.
 
I...am stupid. I thought you meant a physical Link Cable and not a VPP Link Cable. xD;
 
I didn't have anything to carry over so all I have is my G-Max Pika and somehow 2 shiny Pokemon. xD
 
Hell, an irl Link Cable is pretty cool too, ngl!
 
I miss the days when you had to use a Link Cable to trade, hahaha. I remember being blown away by the GBA Wireless Adapter when that came out and being relieved I'd no longer accidentally jostle my Gameboy and screw up the Link Cable connection. xD
 
Thankfully I did not have this trouble with Red/Blue as my neighbour had Blue, but from Gen III onwards I just traded with myself because I had 2 GBA xD
 
I didn't start getting both versions until Gen III - never owned a copy of Blue or Gold. But my mother wanted to play every game from Gen I onwards so I always managed to convince my parents that I needed a slightly altered version of the exact same game they'd bought for me the year before. xD
