Sorry busy weekend amusment rides and gambling on kid game machines so busy v_v but Ill be back now.

Happy 4th of July to everyone(cause even if you dont live in the us everyone should blow off fireworks sometime its fun???) and have a good day! ^^

Ive seen more negativity towards saying you like things that arent popular, mustve been different sides of the fandom. For some reason I tend to like things others dont? I liked Popplio, Trubbish, Bidoof, Oshawott, Chespin, Chikorita, Gen V, and a few others then heard people start saying "wow theyre stupid" and i dont just wanna be called that person that likes the ""bad"" things to be different I honestly liked them. :'D But if you love the super popular ones like Charizard and Lucario then youre just trying to be liked and very uncreative......theres a reason theyre liked....

There's just no winning with people some times.

That's why I'm always a little reluctant to say that Charizard, Lucario, and Pikachu are some of my favorite Pokemon. I like them for reasons that are different from other people's reasons, but I still just like them. It's such a shame that you have to explain your reasons to people...and some times those reasons aren't good enough.

People who judge others because of their favorite pokemon. How low can a lot of pokemon people go. Then again Blaziken is my favorite Pokemon ever and so much so, i had to rename my Blaziken in Alpha Sapphire from "Kenshiro" into "Murdercock"

I just wanna know why someone else's favorites arent really good just because you dont like them. Ive heard all sorts of things, competitive players saying ___ Pokemon sucks because it isnt good competitively when someone else says they love it cause its cute, genwunners of course, people say "well its so popular thats why you like it", people who say "well its not popular you just wanna be rebelious and different", people that downright tell you it sucks cause its ugly and not good in battle at all(when it can be if given the right chances, ive used Garboder and Bibarel and theyre great??), "i hate this gen so theres only three good pokemon to me", and the famous "its so unoriginal its not even based on an animal its trash/icecream/gears" cause everything before gen iv was animals right, regardless of if theyre cool or not? the last one is the worst cause no one says that about Aegislash cause its known for being competitively good and its a sword that looks bloodstained when shiny(at least honedge does idk about the evos). Please feel free to say "i dislike this and that pokemon/thing because of these reasons" but for crying out loud dont try to tell someone they need to change their favorites to yours

hmm ya i agree i mean flare i like dedenne so much you should just disregard all your favorite pokemon cause dedenne is so flippin' awesome xD

People will like what they like. Really, people who can't deal with that are causing themselves more grief than they are anyone else, because you can't change people's tastes to fit your own. I don't think there's anything wrong with having a discussion about it, but when it degenerates into what is basically "you're wrong because I said so" it just becomes tiresome. Let them get on with it, I say. We all have our reasons for liking and disliking things. It can be fun to compare, but it's pointless to argue.

Yeah I don't get why people waste so much time and energy getting upset over someone else's choices, why does it matter if someone likes or dislikes a certain Pokemon, it doesn't effect you, and all Pokemon are equal regardless of how well known they are! Discussing a Pokemon is fine, dismissing people's choices is not.

Weird how nothing official about Pokemon Go has been published today, you'd think they'd want to promote it themselves and get the traffic. Also not good to leave the fans hanging, not knowing what's what!

I don't have a device capable of running Pokemon Go...yet, anyway. I've on-again-off-again considered getting an iPhone recently, so maybe this will finally spur me into action.

...or maybe not.

Could always drive if its not in walking distance. You can still find plenty of mons in your house too, without having to move~

I downloaded it for my iPad, but it doesn't work. Maybe it's because the European maps haven't been "installed" into the game yet?

As if the metagame isn't already screwed up enough as it is.

Sandit's typing is interesting though, and I like its ability, but its design is pretty...meh.

I like the red detailing, that looks cool.

Now, if they want to be really cool, they'll make it so that female Salandit can learn Attract. The chances of that happening are pretty remote though...
