So, did you expect Groudon and Kyogre to get new forms? Did you expect them to be something different, and would you have given any other Pokemon a Primal form? Do you expect there to be more Primal Pokemon in the future?

Also yes I realize that Primal Dialga is something completely different from the mainstream Primal Pokemon but I was just using it for title purposes

According to what I've heard, there really is such a thing as Primal Dialga. Not sure what game had it, a ranger or mystery dungeon title. I could be wrong, and was told some bull.

I actually somewhat expected a new form of the Hoenn Main Trio. I expected them to stray off the full remake like they did in HG/SS or FR/LG. have the same story but add onto it. And OR/AS did that but even better than i imagined. I loved the primal forms. Especially Primal Kyogre. I kind of expected something similar to mega Evolution, but I guess the Primal forms are similar in a way? I'm really hoping for a Primal Palkia. i hope they incorporate this form in future Pokemon Games. I'd love to see them tie in Mystery Dungeon. i wouldn't blame them if they didn't though. The timeline is already confusing enough.

I loved Primal Dialga in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, and I'd love to see it in the main Pokemon games. Additionally, I'd also like a Primal Palkia.

A remake from Gen IV sounds like something happening far from now, so I prefer not think too much about it.

    I would love a Primal Gen-IV-Legendary anyway.

It is, but the "primal" in Dialga's tital is referring more to the savage nature instead of how "Primal" in Kyogre/Groudon is meant to mean ancient. Basically, Dialga in the mystery dungeon series goes insane and loses his mind; he doesn't gain any new power just uses the stuff he has wildly so his form is completely different than the Hoenn ones, and they only share a name.

The only other primal i would think is Primal Arceus, but I don't think we'd get it because 1) Arceus was never featured in any Gen 4 game when it was introduced 2) if Arceus had to go into a Primal form to gain back the power it had when creating the world, that means that it had lost this power currently and wouldnt that be bad for the world?

It's possible that Arceus is like Rayquaza's Mega and has a Mikado organ, but unlike Rayquaza it doesn't require a meteor to eat, prayer, or multiple Mega items to be gathered. In other words Arceus could do it all along but never reverted.

Anyways I expected the trio to all get Megas, then all to get Primals, only for it to be two Primals and one Mega...sadly the Jade orb never got used (thus we don't know what connection it has to the Hoenn region and Rayquaza beyond being able to summon it)...unless if the Jade orb is the Mikado Organ's form when detached from Rayquaza's body...

Perhaps Jirachi would be the closest candidate?

Ooh I can totally some sort of cliche scene happening, where something tragic happens and Primal Jirachi has the power to grant wishes on a large scale so the protagonist wishes to reverse whatever happened. Maybe in a Mystery Dungeon game, this might work o:

I don't really think we'll get a Primal Dialga, to be honest. I feel like it didn't go through a dramatic change as time went on in the Pokemon world. What I'd like to see is Primal forms of all the fossil Pokemon in existence, however. That sounds more logical than Dialga right now.

the mystery dungoen games are not made by gamefreak so what hapens in them are not canon for the main games so that means there is no primal dialga in the main game universe

Primal Dialga would be very out of place in the main series games, given the scenario that caused Dialga to lose its senses in the PMD games (aka the complete destruction of the world and time itself). Not even Cyrus' plan becoming a reality would cause such a thing and Darkrai is never depicted as evil in the main games as opposed to in PMD. Then there is the fact that the trio has their own alternate form, the Origin form which Giratina has, that would suit them better than what a mega/primal form would do.

Intresting theory, but there's one problem. The only events that could possibly warrant such a large-scale wish would be a global war or some kind of mass extinction event. Both options seem kinda dark for a GF game and therefor wouldn't happen.
Now Primal Zekrom and Rishram on the other hand would be good extra to the story of Black/White2 (the reason N failed was because his Dragon didn't have enough power and now with Colress' help, Ghetsis causes it to undergo primal reversion.). It could be a Delta Episode of sorts.

I'm sure that if they ever did a DPP remake, there would be a Primal Dialga, and Palkia. It wouldn't make any sense to have Primal Dialga but no Primal Palkia. Dialga can't just be allowed to be stronger than Palkia. Maybe Giratina will get one too, but I think that's unlikely. If Dialga gets a Primal, he's obviously be able to beat Palkia if they ever fought. Plus, they're both guardians, and Time is just as important as space in the pokemon world.
