What are you looking forward to in 2016?

Typically, I try not to get my hopes up, so I don't follow upcoming games too closely. But there are a few things I'm excited for; the rest I was kinda pumped to hear about, but I'm just watching to see how they'll do and all that.

Excite:
Resident Evil 0 HD - yes, I pre-ordered it; yes, it releases in like 2 weeks; no, I'm not any less excited
Fallout 4 DLC
LoZ: Twilight Princess HD
Return to PopoloCrois: A Story of Seasons

Personally, I'm looking forward for Disney Magical World 2. It is currently being released several months ago in Japan, but I hope that it gets the chance to be launched overseas, because I enjoyed playing its first version.

I'm still waiting for Pokkén Tournament in Wii U as well, even though sadly, I don't have the Wii U console yet.
 
I don't have the money and am too frugal to buy more than 2-3 games a year. Regardless I hope to get my hands on these games to play them at least for a while! I will probably end up buying Bravely Second: End Layer, Star Fox and The Last Guardian. I may also buy No Man's Sky however I am iffy about that game right now.

Uncharted 4- A fan of the series. Hopefully the game will be as good as the rest of the series was, my favorite so far being Uncharted 2. I was hoping for a sequel to The Last of Us a this point, but maybe that will happen later on.
Mass Effect: Andromeda- Interested to see more of this game!
Star Fox Zero- About time, can't wait!
Persona 5- One of my good friends are crazy about the games, and I can see why! Will definitely bum this off of him.
No Man's Sky- an interesting concept, the possibility for exploration seems endless. Not sure if I will buy, but it looks good so far. Definitely want to see more about this.
Dark Souls 3- a fan of the series! Can't wait.
Firewatch- from the writers of The Walking Dead games, it looks really good and the pictures I've seen are beautiful.
New Ratchet and Clank- imo this will either be a smash, or a hit and miss.
The Last Guardian- looks amazing!!
Bravely Second: End Layer- loved Bravely Default. If this is anything like it, then it will be a definite purchase!

I'm not sure if you want localization (which will not happen unfortunately) but SC EVO is already out for some time =D

I keep remembering games! FNAFWorld comes out this year haha! Maybe not the most exciting release but I want it.

What I haven't seen sc in stores around here lol I should go look again. Well nice to know I can play up games with my ps4
 
Mirror's Edge: Catalyst is the game that I am most excited for this year. Other games that I am excited for are Far Cry: Primal, Hitman, Mafia III, Fire Emblem: Fates, Dead Island 2 if that comes out this year, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Homefront: The Revolution (If that comes out this year as well), and maybe Uncharted 4 and the new DOOM.

There's English releases of certain Japanese games, and then there's Shin Megami Tensei IV: Final, as well as Persona 5. I hope that Senran Kagura Estival Versus' English releases comes out soon.

There is also Doom 2016, or simply Doom 4 and its something that I've been reading and following a lot. I even have Brutal Doom (Gameplay mod for good ol' Doom) just to help hypen up.

And then there's Guilty Gear XrD Revelator which i'm really hyped up for, mainly for the return of some of the more loveable characters in Jam (truly one of my favorites), Johnny, and Dizzy since I wasn't too happy with vanilla XrD not having them. Also, Revelator is announced to run at 60 FPS which should be a big improvement over vanilla, and that would also mean a lot of reworked combo timings as well, which i wouldn't really mind. Also, hoping that some characters get rebalanced as well, mainly Axl who i have found to be very unfun to play against.
 
The main game I'm hype for is Fire Emblem Fates! I've got that Special Edition pre-ordered and everything. My body is so ready. While just DLC, I'm also looking forward to the additions of Corrin and Bayonetta to Smash. Next month will be fun.

Other notable games slated for 2016 release in North America I have my eye on are:
- Ace Attorney 6
- The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD
- Zelda U (I don't really know if we'll get it this year just yet. Not until I see a playable demo.)
- Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir (I want to buy this for Vita.)

There are some other games releasing in Japan 2016 that I'm excited for, but I'm not sure will be released in North America yet.

- The Last Guardian (Six years after initial announcement, I'm still not sure if this game will actually release tbh. Why am I even listing it here... x'D)
