Just online, offline would have too big of a scope.

I find it rude in an argument or debate for people to add insults or something to say you're not as good at them. I find it hypocritical because these people are usually the ones who like to say other people are rude for things that aren't at all, and they usually do so with the bandwagon or when they're wrong. This happens everywhere I've been online.

People who just won't accept that they're wrong when they clearly are, or make up stuff to try to justify what they said which was clearly wrong. I also find it rude when people have to be so stuck up when someone says something that they disagree.

People who disrespect other people's opinions. I find it very annoying :(.

People that can't come to terms when they are wrong so they trying and justify they are right regardless. Close minded people that cannot see from a standpoint outside their own. Then with that the people that try and push their ideals on to others. Degrading other people either in a obvious or subtle manner, I understand if it's talking crap, you don't like them they don't like you(which if that's the case take it to the pms) but some times people just go overboard.

I hope this doesn't turn into another Dear Anonymous where people take indirect shots at one another.

I consider interrupting someone very rude. I understand that you may have thought the person was done talking because they paused or because you're passionate about the topic so you burst in...but it's still rude.

I think it's rude not to give someone the chance to speak (and of course also when you use your chance to speak to drown out other people's chances). I also think it's rude not to listen to someone. It's especially rude in my book not only to ignore something I say, but then say something that goes completely against what I was just saying like I'd never said it. Like in my work, sometimes I have to tell people I can't help them with something and they ask again right after I told them. They thought they could bully me. I hate that kind of attitude in people, the I-can-get-what-I-want-if-I-keep-pushing attitude.

    This.

Basically people who can't understand when they're wrong or people who talk crap. Or blocking someones own opinions and disregarding them.

General disrespect is what I find rude. Stalking other people's conversations and making embarrassing comments about it is what I find rude too.

    - Chewing without your mouth closed
    - Speaking with food in your mouth (eww disgustinggggg)
    - Interrupting other people's conversation
    - Hacking into someone's account *coughcoughTrinitycoughcough*
    - Going through others' things
    - Speaking really loudly
    - Making a mess in other ppl's house

    .. and a hell lot more ._.

You know what I consider rude? People replying when they clearly did only read the title.

This, mostly. Read the OP people --Online only, NOT offline.

Also, people who debunk others' opinions or outlook on a topic without proof and just.. because. People who add insults and satires to a less knowledgeable or an obtuse person (or something like that.). And more stuff --I'm making too many grammar mistakes so I will take a break from posting. D:

people who try to steal my brilliant ideas and pass them off as their own!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My main pet peeve is antagonistic internet trolls. Funny trolls, if done well, can be amusing. Repetitive trolls can be drowned out as white noise. Properly antagonistic trolls who take the time to write verbally antagonistic diarrhoea everywhere they go I consider to be the rudest people on the internet. Their intention - whether they realise it or not - is to provoke reactions and nothing more, and it really pisses me off.

I agree with all of these, those are some of the things, there is a lot more of a list that can be considered rude

Online: People who flame/insult others (personal experience with this one), and people who continue an argument far beyond the extent that they should (i.e., they're rehashing the same tired points despite already been proven wrong).

IRL: Cutting in line, spitting randomly, interrupting others, invading privacy.
