Think of something that really strikes a nerve. It could be people against gay marriage, animal killers, government, money, war, poverty, etc. Now, imagine there's a company run by a power hungry person who supports whatever you are against.
He gives you a chance to work for the company. Do you pass it up, or take it? Why and why not?
Rhetorical Example: Pretend you're an animal rights activist, and a company looking to cage animals for testing offers you a position on the executive board offering more money than you could get on your current minimum wage job you have now that could make your life easier and make the lives of the people you care about easier. Do you pass up the offer from the man, or do you deny it? Why or why not?
You can use any situation or any possible example but a company that stands for something you hate offers you a position of power on their company must be present in all ideas. Overall, the question is simple: Would you take the offer, or pass it down?
