    The thread title says it all.

    I've got a list of ones I've wanted to hunt for in Sword, but in Moon I remember I really wanted a shiny Bounsweet, and an ex of mine wanted a shiny Mimikyu. We raced to see who could get their shiny the fastest and I got mine in about 10 minutes.

    Vaporeon, Sylveon, Dracovish, Aegislash, Cofagrigus, Eiscue, Bisharp, and Reuniclus are all on my list.
     
    seviper, ponyta, cutiefly, kyogre (tbh i think i have one in X but i haven't played in so long lol) uhhh almost anything that becomes pink, black, or blue as a shiny tbh.

    edit: god how could i forget i want a shiny alolan dugtrio rly bad. i should probably breed for one but i want a heavy ball one and y'all know how much of a pain apriballs can be. and that alolan diglett/dugtrio are NOT heavy lmfao

    I've already gotten all of my "dream Shinies" from one method or another, but I'd still really like to get a full-odds Shiny Tyrogue (previously my favorite aesthetic Shiny). I've tried SRing for one in HGSS and VC Gold, but I eventually get tired of SRing and move onto another hunt...

    A full-odds Venomoth and Vanillite are also high on my wishlist.

    anything pink! I was hatching a shiny Buneary years ago during the ORAS days and the two I hatched after so many eggs were both male. I wanted a female aha :( then I got gifted a shiny Lopunny by someone here and while I love her, her nickname was Ashley❤️ (yes with the heart lol) since they got her off a wonder trade I think aka I couldn't set the nickname I wanted. she still cute though, I happily kept her regardless!!

    tapu koko would be awesome too. he looks so awesome <3

    You can always create a new user on your Switch and hunt it in a new file, transferring it over to your main file via HOME (for free) afterward.

    yeah this^ hope you'll feel motivated to keep going!! I got a few shiny Buneary decently quickly but that was like 5 years ago. meanwhile for the Chespin shiny I wanted, I hatched goodness knows how many eggs and still haven't gotten mine. it's insane how probability can work haha.. can get something in 10 minutes, or nothing for a year @_@

    I feel just like this honestly, in my experience shinies have either come quickly or after a long time. Just keep your head up and keep trying, and even if it goes over your odds, you at least have a story to tell from it. My odds for a shiny Roselia were 1/512 but I got it after 666 eggs, praying it was female. It was.

    The best thing you can do is just keep trying and not give up, because that's the thing that stops yourself from eventually getting it. You'll eventually get it if you keep trying but once you stop there's no possible way to get it, right?

    Caught a shiny Marill in Sapphire when I was like 8 and had no idea what a shiny was. 😂 For me, I am hunting Aegislash right now at 255 eggs and I have always really liked the shiny.
     
    Any pink shinies. I'm a big fan of the colors pink and red, so if a Pokemon has a pink shiny, I'd really want one.
